** Indian online grocery startup BigBasket is in advanced talks to sell a majority stake for about $1 billion to salt-to-software conglomerate Tata Group, the Economic Times reported, citing three sources familiar with the matter. Daimler DAIGn.DE unit Mercedes-Benz is to lift its stake in Britain's Aston Martin AML.L to up to 20% by 2023, making it one of the struggling British carmaker's largest shareholders, Aston. A consortium of KAZ Minerals KAZ.L Chairman Oleg Novachuk and Kazakh billionaire Vladimir Kim will buy the London-listed miner in a 3 billion pound ($3.9 billion) deal with the intention of taking it private again, KAZ said. Lithium miner Pilbara Minerals Ltd PLS.AX said it had entered into a conditional agreement for the potential acquisition of Altura Mining Ltd 's AJM.AX lithium project for about $175 million. European broadcaster RTL Group RRTL.DE said it had completed the sale of its majority stake in Vancouver-based BroadbandTV to BBTV Holdings for 102 million euros ($121 million) as it focuses on its core business.
