Oct 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1530 GMT on Monday:

** Activist fund ENKRAFT has built a stake of more than 1.5% in German real estate firm AGROB Immobilien AGRG.MU , criticising the group for failing to raise the firm's value, according to a letter to management seen by Reuters. Danish brewer Carlsberg CARLb.CO said it will buy Germany's Wernesgrüner Brewery from Bitburger Braugruppe for an undisclosed price. Huya Inc HUYA.N will buy DouYu International Holdings Ltd DY8Ay.F in a stock-for-stock merger deal, the Chinese live game streaming companies said. Cloud communications platform provider Twilio Inc TWLO.N said on Monday it would buy customer data platform Segment for $3.2 billion in an all-stock deal. Link Administration Holdings Ltd LNK.AX said it received a conditional A$2.76 billion ($2 billion) takeover offer from private equity firms Carlyle Group CG.O and Pacific Equity Partners, sending its shares up nearly 30%. OptiComm Ltd OPC.AX said that pension fund Aware Super raised its takeover offer to A$676.5 million ($488.70 million), sending its shares over 7% higher as the takeover battle heats up for the fibre infrastructure provider. Saudi Arabia's biggest lender National Commercial Bank 1180.SE (NCB) said it has entered into a binding merger agreement with Samba Financial Group 1090.SE , a smaller bank, to create a combined entity with 837 billion riyals ($223 billion) in assets.
