Aug 19 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1900 GMT on Wednesday:
** Johnson & Johnson JNJ.N agreed to buy Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc MNTA.O for about $6.5 billion, to bolster its portfolio of drugs for hard-to-treat autoimmune diseases. India's Reliance Industries Ltd RELI.NS has bought a majority stake in online pharmacy Netmeds for 6.2 billion rupees ($83 million), facing up to Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) in the competition for the country's fast-expanding online drug market. Dufry DUFN.S has agreed to buy the rest of its Hudson Ltd HUD.N unit for $7.70 per share in an all-cash deal worth around $311 million that will delist Hudson from the New York Stock Exchange, the Swiss duty free group said. Australia's biggest grocer, Woolworths WOW.AX , said it is paying A$552 million ($399.4 million) for about two-thirds of PFD Food Services and its properties as the COVID-19 pandemic reshapes the industry. Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) ORCL.N has joined some of the investors of TikTok's Chinese owner, ByteDance, in pursuing a bid for the popular short-video app's operations in North America, Australia and New Zealand, according to people familiar with the matter.
