** Spain's competition watchdog gave a preliminary green light to Swiss exchange operator SIX's 2.84 billion euro ($3.1 billion) offer for Madrid bourse BME BME.MC to go ahead. Vodafone VOD.L and Telecom Italia TLIT.MI will have to offer concessions if they want to win European Union antitrust approval for their plan to merge their mobile tower infrastructure, people familiar with the matter said. Private shareholders in Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport have exercised a call option to buy the Russian state's 30.5% stake in the airport, a representative of the Sheremetyevo Holding company told Reuters. Brazilian prosecutors have filed an appeal with antitrust agency Cade asking the regulator to reconsider its approval of a deal selling control of Embraer SA's EMBR3.SA commercial aviation division to Boeing Co BA.N , according to public filings.
