May 3 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Friday:

** Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc SBGI.O , the largest U.S. broadcast station owner, has reached a deal valued at more than $10 billion to buy 21 regional sports networks from Walt Disney (NYSE:DIS) Co DIS.N , the Wall Street Journal reported. Superloop Ltd SLC.AX said it received a revised takeover offer from QIC Private Capital Pty Ltd of A$493.9 million ($345.53 million) for the telecommunications infrastructure company. The board of Brazilian retailer Via Varejo VVAR3.SA is proposing to its shareholders the removal of a clause in its bylaws demanding a tender offer to all shareholders if an investor buys a stake larger than 20 percent. McCain Foods SA, the world's largest producer of frozen fries, has agreed to buy 70 percent of Brazilian firm Sérya for an undisclosed amount, in a deal that will allow the Canadian company to expand its footprint in Latin America's largest market. Louis Dreyfus Co, one of the world's biggest agricultural commodities houses, may consider selling a stake to a regional player to support its development although there are no specific plans to do so, the company said. Royal Dutch Shell RDSa.L is moving to sell its stake in Indonesia's $15 billion Abadi liquefied natural gas (LNG) project, industry and banking sources said, following on from an asset disposal programme that has raised more than $30 billion.
