CV Check Ltd (ASX:CV1) has formed a strategic partnership with Scantek, an ID processing and facial biometrics developer, to deliver fully automated ID verification across all CV Check products.

The partnership will give CV1 access to facial recognition technology and automated, intelligent document recognition, positioning the company as one of the leading regulatory technology (RegTech) distributors.

CV Check has already begun the process of integrating Scantek technology into OnCite, CVCheck and Cited, and aims to deliver on biometric-related initiatives by the second quarter of next year.

Through this partnership, CV1 believes it can deliver speed and convenience for its customers while also gaining access to 24-hour processing at a large scale.

Scantek will become an agent for monitored compliance sales within the partnership, bringing with it large customers like Australia Post, Telstra, ALH, Crown and The Star.

The technology is compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 certifications, based on a fully digital system that uses machine learning to read and extract text from scanned images, and can accurately determine document type by recognising thousands of different ID types both national and international.
