Creso Pharma Ltd (ASX:CPH, OTCQB:COPHF) wholly-owned US subsidiary Sierra Sage Herbs LLC (SSH) has secured a wholesale agreement with accelerate360, an omni-commerce solutions company, to drive brand awareness and growth in North America.
SHH intends to leverage accelerate360’s longstanding relationships with leading US retailers and its sales, distribution and logistics, marketing and media services to facilitate growth for retailers and SHH’s own brands.
Under the agreement, Sierra Sage brand Green Goo will be featured as part of a shopping experience, merchandised through accelerate360’s US Weekly magazine brand.
Wide range of publications; “huge” footprint
“This partnership agreement unlocks a number of potential benefits for Sierra Sage Herbs and further highlights the company’s innovative approach to broadening brand recognition and unlocking new sales channels,” Creso Pharma managing director and CEO William Ley said.
“The online shopping experience that customers can access through the QR code will highlight the considerable benefit of Sierra Sage Herb’s Green Goo range alongside engaging and relevant content, as well as provide an opportunity to purchase the range.

Creso Pharma believes this partnership unlocks a potential new revenue channel for the company, which it anticipates will generate material increases to brand awareness.
