Cipherpoint Ltd (ASX:CPT) has thanked Graham Mirabito for his contributions to the company as the non-executive director steps down from the board effective today,
Mirabito’s retirement follows the recent appointments to the board of Bryan Saba as chief executive officer and Ken Benson as non-executive director.
“Graham has brought his valuable sales experience and deep networks to the business. He has played a crucial role in guiding the Brace sales team in executing on the sales pipeline and delivering customer wins over the last year,” Saba said.
“The board is grateful to Graham for his dedication and service to the business having laid the groundwork that will continue to help us on our journey to deliver increased value for our shareholders.”
Board renewal
Cipherpoint announced a number of changes to its board in November, including the appointment of longstanding non-executive director Steven Bliim as non-executive chairman.
The company said then that the changes were part of a board renewal process.
Cipherpoint, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, provides focused cyber security, cloud and IT services. Its security operations centre and operations teams monitor customer environments to allow quick and effective response to cybersecurity incidents.
