Chase Mining Corporation Ltd (ASX:CML) has officially changed its name to Green Critical Minerals Ltd.
The move follows shareholder approval at the general meeting held on October 17, and receipt of a new Certificate of Registration for the company from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The name change and new ASX code (ASX: GCM) will take effect on the ASX on Monday, December 12.

Chase Mining shares recently surged on the back of news it had acquired Green Critical Minerals Pty Ltd, gaining an instant 80% interest in the graphite mineral rights contained in the McIntosh Graphite project, the third largest ASX-listed graphite project in Australia.
About the McIntosh Graphite Project
The McIntosh Graphite Project is between 40 and 90 kilometres north to northeast of the town of Halls Creek in the Kimberley region of WA.
It is a unique graphite project with extremely low impurities and exceptional low-cost and high-yield downstream processing attributes, and the potential to produce high-quality graphite products in a diverse range of premium end-use markets.
The project contains a combined mineral resource of 23.8 million tonnes at 4.45% total contained graphite for 1.1 million tonnes of contained graphite, of which 81% is classified in the higher confidence indicated category.
To date, graphite-targeted drilling has ranged over 40,000 metres at the project, along with extensive metallurgical test work.
