Caspin Resources Ltd (ASX:CPN) advises that Ms Sze Man (Simone) Suen has resigned from her position as a non-executive director to concentrate on other business and charity interests.
Her resignation is effective from December 15, 2023.
The company thanks Ms Suen for her efforts and service to Caspin Resources.
“Significant contribution”
Caspin’s non-executive chair Justin Tremain said: “Simone has been an integral part of the Caspin team since the company listed in November 2020.
"Her unique skill set has provided valuable insight and guidance to the company’s exploration activities.
"We thank Simone for her significant contribution over the past three years and wish her well with her future endeavours.”
The company is reviewing its near-term board requirements and has no immediate necessity to fill the vacated position.
