* SALE OF PATERSON PROJECT TENEMENT

* UNDER AGREEMENT, AT COMPLETION CO WILL BE ISSUED 600,000 FULLY PAID ORDINARY SHARES IN WISHBONE

* CO WILL ALSO BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE A 1% NET SMELTER ROYALTY FROM WISHBONE ON ALL MINERALS MINED AND SOLD FROM TENEMENT
