* Deal for $90 million
* Entered into an agreement to acquire specialty co-manufacturer, Australian pharmaceutical manufacturers
* Says completion is expected to occur on 16 September 2016, subject to customary conditions
* Says acquisition will be funded by $75 million of bank debt and a share issue of $15 million
* Acquisition will be EPS accretive in year one
* Says operational synergies of $1 million expected to be realised over 18 months
