Jan 29 (Reuters) - Woolworths Group WOW.AX agreed to pay A$44.5 million ($34.02 million) to settle a class action lawsuit over a drop in its share price in 2015, Australia's top grocer said on Friday, following a cut in its profit guidance.
The company said the settlement with the law firm Maurice Blackburn, who filed the class action on behalf of investors in 2018, is without an admission of guilt.
