March 18 (Reuters) - Australian miner Pilbara Minerals PLS.AX said on Monday its board had exercised an option to enter a joint venture with Posco 005490.KS to set up a lithium processing facility in South Korea.
Pilbara said in a statement that it will have up to 30 percent participation in the facility, which will have a capacity of up to 40,000 kilo tonnes per annum of lithium carbonate equivalent.
