Atlantic Lithium Ltd (AIM:ALL, OTCQX:ALLIF, ASX:A11) said it had submitted the application for a mining lease for its Ewoyaa project to the Ghanaian parliament.
“The necessary parliamentary process is now underway for parliament to ratify the Mining Lease, the company said in a statement.
Atlantic added that after a fatality at the site on 9 July and following an inspection led by the Chief Inspector of Mines, the site has been released back to it and operations have been authorised to recommence.
The company added it is taking a steady approach to resuming operations since the incident, ensuring alignment with the recommendations made by the Minerals Commission.
