Atlantic Lithium Ltd said its founder and former chief executive Vincent Mascolo has been posthumously shortlisted for the 'Mining CEO of the Year Award' at the Mines and Money London 2022 Conference.
The company said it was touched to announce that Mascolo, who died suddenly in March at the age of 53, had been shortlisted.

The AIM-traded company, which is looking to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine, will be exhibiting at the conference between 29 November and 1 December.
"Mines and Money's nomination is a testament to all the great work of Vincent, and we would like to thank them for their recognition," said Atlantic Lithium’s executive chairman Neil Herbert.
“Vincent achieved that which so many start-up exploration companies aspire to achieve, but few do. He started the company with limited resources and built a West African explorer. After many years of work and leadership, he identified and progressed what is now the world-class Ewoyaa lithium project now set to become Ghana's first lithium mine."
