Investing.com – Norway equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Technology Hardware & Equipment, Commercial Service And Supplies and Consumer Durables And Apparel sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX fell 0.20%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Oslo OBX were REC Silicon ASA (OL:REC), which rose 6.77% or 0.07 points to trade at 1.06 at the close. Aker Solutions OL (OL:AKSOL) added 4.46% or 1.82 points to end at 42.62 and Golden Ocean Group Ltd (OL:GOGLT) was up 2.82% or 1.85 points to 67.45 in late trade.
Biggest losers included BW LPG Ltd (OL:BWLPG), which lost 4.33% or 1.49 points to trade at 32.95 in late trade. DNO International ASA (OL:DNO) declined 3.19% or 0.33 points to end at 10.02 and Yara International ASA (OL:YAR) shed 1.20% or 4.5 points to 369.1.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 102 to 77 and 22 ended unchanged on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.06% or 0.03 to $51.87 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.47% or 0.27 to hit $57.48 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.10% or 1.25 to trade at $1281.75 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was down 0.11% to 9.3982, while USD/NOK rose 0.10% to 7.9910.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.13% at 93.69.
