Allup Silica Ltd (ASX:APS) has streamlined its management team with several changes to its executive leadership board.
The company’s executive chair Andrew Haythorpe will take on the dual role of managing director alongside his existing duties.
At the same time, executive director Gavin Ball will move to a non-executive director position.
Nick Revell, another executive director, will retire from the board but remain a consultant to Allup, providing geological and project management services.
“The changes slimline the management of the company,” Allup Silica executive chair and now managing director Andrew Haythorpe said.
“We thank Nick for his contribution as a director and look forward to his expertise as consultant to the board going forward.”
