After-Hours Stock Movers:
KB Home (NYSE:KBH) fell 6% after quarterly EPS missed estimates, due in part to lower margin. The home builder also trimmed its full year margin forecast.
WAVE Life Sciences (WVE) fell 4%, paring an intraday gain of 53%, after it commenced an underwritten public offering of $175 million in aggregate of its ordinary shares, and, to certain investors that so choose in lieu of ordinary shares, pre-funded warrants to purchase ordinary shares. Earlier it announced positive interim data from the ongoing Phase 2 FORWARD-53 study of WVE-N531, which is an exon skipping oligonucleotide being investigated in boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) who are amenable to exon 53 skipping.
BlackSky (BKSY) fell 10% after it announced it intends to offer shares of its Class A common stock for sale in an underwritten public offering.
Progress Software (NASDAQ:PRGS) Corporation (NASDAQ: PRGS) rose 7% after it published quarterly EPS and revenue that easily beat consensus estimates.
Worthington Industries (NYSE:WOR) fell 5% after it reported EPS and revenue that trailed estimates.
