Adriatic Metals PLC (LSE:ADT1, ASX:ADT, OTCQX:ADMLF) has appointed Laura Tyler as a Non-Executive Director, effective from today (1 July 2024).
A mining veteran with over 30 years of experience in technical, technology and safety applications in Tier 1 projects globally, Tyler spent 20 years at BHP (ASX:BHP) including four as Chief Technical Officer between 2020-24, Chief Geoscientist (2016-2020) and Chief of Staff to BHP's CEO (2015-2018).
At Adriatic, Tyler will initially serve on the Sustainability Committee and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
