Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Trade, Miscellaneous Industry and Property sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite lost 0.45%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Ictsi Jasa Prima Tbk (JK:KARW), which rose 21.50% or 46 points to trade at 260 at the close. Mnc Sky Vision Tbk (JK:MSKY) added 16.07% or 90 points to end at 650 and Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk (JK:BMAS) was up 14.20% or 46 points to 370 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Sigmagold Inti Perkasa Tbk (JK:TMPI), which lost 10.00% or 14 points to trade at 126 in late trade. Roda Vivatex Tbk (JK:RDTX) declined 10.00% or 600.000 points to end at 5400.000 and Sekar Bumi Tbk (JK:SKBM) shed 10.00% or 80 points to 720.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 190 to 102 and 87 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.02% or 0.01 to $50.19 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.14% or 0.07 to hit $51.88 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.61% or 7.70 to trade at $1261.50 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.14% to 13055.5, while AUD/IDR fell 0.42% to 9814.35.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.15% at 97.84.
