Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.40% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (COP:TDC), which rose 1.59% or 0.77 points to trade at 49.24 at the close. Meanwhile, DSV (COP:DSV) added 1.11% or 2.4 points to end at 218.4 and GN Store Nord (COP:GN) was up 0.66% or 0.9 points to 137.9 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Genmab (COP:GEN), which fell 2.48% or 14.5 points to trade at 571.0 at the close. Pandora A/S (COP:PNDORA) declined 1.10% or 8.0 points to end at 718.0 and FLSmidth & Co. (COP:FLS) was down 0.96% or 3.0 points to 309.9.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 98 to 45 and 8 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 1.80% or 0.94 to $51.39 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.62% or 0.35 to hit $56.49 a barrel, while the August Gold contract rose 0.74% or 8.50 to trade at $1161.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.44% to 6.7478, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4623.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.38% at 96.52.
