Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Healthcare, Consumer Services and Financials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.01%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG), which rose 2.32% or 6.00 points to trade at 265.00 at the close. TDC A/S (CO:TDC) added 1.27% or 0.46 points to end at 36.79 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) was up 1.07% or 4.7 points to 443.9 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which lost 1.14% or 4.1 points to trade at 354.9 in late trade. Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) declined 1.11% or 2.6 points to end at 231.6 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) shed 0.80% or 1.3 points to 161.5.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 77 to 37 and 22 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for May delivery was up 0.31% or 0.15 to $47.85 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.16% or 0.08 to hit $50.64 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 1.15 to trade at $1248.35 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.23% to 6.8826, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4379.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 99.45.
