Investing.com - Japanese retail sales fell less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, the Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry said that retail sales fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of -1.1%, from 0.4% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 0.5%.
Analysts had expected retail sales to fall at annual rate of to -1.5% last month.
