Investing.com - The amount of new credit issued to consumers by the Bank of England rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, Bank of England said that U.K. Net Lending rose to 5.1B, from 4.9B in the preceding month.
Analysts had expected U.K. Net Lending to remain unchanged at 4.9B last month.
