In a report, Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation said that Canadian housing starts rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 207.0K, from 187.0K in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from 184.0K.
Analysts had expected Canadian housing starts to rise to 195.0K last month.
