Investing.com - Australian approvals to build new homes fell unexpectedly last week, official data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian Building Approvals fell to a seasonally adjusted -12.6%, from -9.3% in the preceding week whose figure was revised down from -8.7%.
Analysts had expected Australian Building Approvals to rise to 1.5% last week.
