Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 1.08%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which rose 0.98% or 0.35 points to trade at 36.00 at the close. Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) added 0.60% or 0.50 points to end at 83.35 and Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) was up 0.51% or 1.80 points to 354.60 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which lost 6.22% or 40.0 points to trade at 603.5 in late trade. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) declined 3.57% or 13.4 points to end at 361.6 and Genmab (CO:GEN) shed 2.58% or 37.0 points to 1398.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 73 to 43 and 20 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.59% or 0.31 to $51.91 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.20% or 0.70 to hit $57.73 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.94% or 12.38 to trade at $1299.12 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.71% to 6.3241, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4405.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.64% at 93.03.
