REPSOL REP.MC

Spanish oil and gas group Repsol said on Thursday it reduced its share capital by 6.1%, through the cancellation of 99 million shares. ACS.MC

Cimic, an Australian subsidiary of Spanish construction conglomerate ACS, said on Friday the talks with new equity investor for the sale of Thiess are expected to lead to an agreement in the coming days. TEF.MC

Spain's Telefonica is in the final stages of negotiating a roughly 5 billion euros ($5.9 billion) deal to build a fibre-optic network in Germany, people close to the matter said on Thursday. UNI.MC LIBERBANK LBK.MC

Spain's banks Unicaja and Liberbank aim to have potential synergies worth 150 million euros per year through their merger, Spanish news website El Confidencial reported on Friday.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC

Spanish utility Iberdrola proposed to the unions to reduce the company's workforce by 15%, in addition to a series of already announced cuts, El Confidencial reported on Friday.

GRENERGY RENOVABLES GREG.MC

Grenergy Renovables said on Friday it has signed a 17.5 million USD bridge loan with CIFI for a solar project in Mexico. MAP.MC
