* DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND OF 55 CENTS PER SHARE

* FY REVENUE FROM ORDINARY ACTIVITIES DECREASED 7.0% TO US$4,873 MILLION

* FY NET PROFIT FROM PERIOD ATTRIBUTABLE DECREASED 74.9% TO US$343 MILLION

* PROFIT FROM ORDINARY ACTIVITIES AFTER TAX ATTRIBUTABLE DOWN 74.9% TO US$343 MILLION

* INVESTMENT EXPENDITURE GUIDANCE FOR 2020 IS $4,100 MILLION TO $4,400 MILLION

* INCREASING EXPENDITURE ON GROWTH PROJECTS INCLUDING SCARBOROUGH & PLUTO TRAIN 2, SANGOMAR PHASE 1, WHEATSTONE AND PYXIS
