* FINAL DIVIDEND OF 51.0 CENTS PER ORDINARY SHARE

* FY UNDERLYING PROFIT AFTER TAX ATTRIBUTABLE $ 816 MILLION VERSUS $1,040 MILLION

* FY STATUTORY PROFIT AFTER TAX ATTRIBUTABLE $1,015 MILLION VERSUS $905 MILLION

* FY REVENUE $12,160 MILLION VERSUS $13,246 MILLION

* DURING FY21 AND FY22, AGL INTENDS TO OPERATE A SPECIAL DIVIDEND PROGRAM

* SEES FY21 UNDERLYING PROFIT AFTER TAX TO BE $560 TO $660 MILLION

* ANTICIPATES PAYING SPECIAL DIVIDENDS OF UP TO 25% OF UNDERLYING PROFIT AFTER TAX
