SYDNEY, Oct 27 (Reuters) - Australia's richest woman Gina Rinehart and Chinese developer Shanghai CRED have increased their offer to buy the country's largest private land holding, S. Kidman & Co, to A$386.5 million ($295 million), the companies said on Thursday.
