SINGAPORE, Nov 20 (Reuters) - The Asia-Pacific crude market stayed firm on Tuesday after Petroleum Brunei sold a Kimanis cargo at a premium from the previous month.
The producer sold a cargo loading on Jan. 7-11 to Glencore (LON:GLEN) at a small premium to its official selling price, traders said.
More tenders are expected to be awarded throughout this week.
Thailand's PTT has issued its monthly tender seeking sweet crude for Jan. 15 to Feb. 15 arrival while Petronas offered a Bunga Orkid cargo loading on Jan. 22-28.
Brent's premium to Dubai swaps DUB-EFS-1M was at $1.25 per barrel, down 14 cents for January. A narrower Brent-Dubai spread supports spot premiums for regional grades.

REFINERY
Refineries around the world are squeezing out every last drop of diesel while drowning in gasoline, in what could well become the new normal for the next few years. oil refiner Idemitsu Kosan Co said it has restarted all refining units at the blackout-hit 150,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) Hokkaido refinery in northern Japan by Monday, including the 33,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) residue fluid catalytic cracker (RFCC). supply cuts by key producers could have negative implications for markets, the head of the International Energy Agency said on Monday, appealing to market players to use "common sense". University of Chicago-trained economist named on Monday to head Brazil's Petrobras will not privatize the state-run company, but wants to push ahead with selling non-core assets and to focus on oil exploration and production. will continue to export oil despite U.S. sanctions, which are part of a psychological war doomed to failure, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said. authorities said on Tuesday that they are investigating Noble Group Ltd for suspected false and misleading statements and breaches of disclosure requirements under the city-state's laws. crude prices, oil product cracks and refining margins, please click on the RICs below.
