SYDNEY, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Australia's Transurban Group TCL.AX on Tuesday reported a nearly 36 percent increase in first-half net profit on higher toll revenue and an uptick in traffic growth on its roads.
Net profit after tax rose to A$110 million ($84.27 million) during the six months to December 2016 from A$81 million a year ago. Revenues jumped 26 percent to A$1.3 billion. ($1 = 1.3053 Australian dollars)
