Biography Ian D. Kelson is the head of T. Rowe Price's global fixed income team, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2000. As part of that role, Mr. Kelson is lead portfolio manager for T. Rowe Price's Non-U.S. Fixed Income Strategy and Global Bond Strategies. He is president of International Fixed Income for T. Rowe Price International Ltd and is also a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Kelson has 31 years of investment experience, 12 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 10 years as the head of fixed income for Morgan Grenfell/Deutsche Asset Management, where he was responsible for $50 billion of global fixed income assets. He started his investment career in 1981 at Bank of America, where he served as a fixed income economist and global fixed income portfolio manager. He was originally recruited to Morgan Grenfell as a global fixed income portfolio manager in 1985. A graduate of King's College, Cambridge University, Mr. Kelson earned an M.A. in economics. He also has an M.Sc. in econometrics from the London School of Economics.

Biography Kevin Loome, Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price, is the Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Philadelphia-based T. Rowe Price U.S. High Yield Fund and is chairman of its Investment Advisory Committee. Mr. Loome joined the T. Rowe Price in 2017 through T. Rowe Price’s acquisition of the Henderson High Yield Opportunities Fund. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Loome had worked with the Henderson team since 2013, most recently as head of U.S. credit and manager of the high yield team.
