Investment Strategy

This Portfolio is a strategic asset allocation fund. Its primary objective is to provide long-term capital appreciation. The Portfolio invests in both Canadian, foreign equity and fixed-income securities and/or in units of mutual funds which themselves invest in Canadian, foreign equity and fixed income securities. The Portfolio may invest up to 10% of its net assets in illiquid securities, alternative assets and alternative funds. The Portfolio may invest its net assets in securities of exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”). Investments in ETFs shall comply with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations and the ETFs shall be selected based on whether they meet the responsible investment approach of the Manager.

Biography	Francis Fortin is a portfolio manager for the portfolio advisory services provided to the Desjardins SocieTerra Global Managed Bond Fund and the SocieTerra Fixed Income Portfolio. Biography	Marc Cohen is primarily responsible for the portfolio advisory services provided to the Desjardins SocieTerra Global Managed Bond Fund and the SocieTerra Fixed Income Portfolio. Mr. Cohen is Director, Portfolio Manager and Solution Performance. Mr. Cohen is responsible for portfolio manager monitoring and selection for the Desjardins Funds and has been with the Desjardins Group since 2003. Mr. Cohen has a bachelor of commerce degree in accounting from McGill University and he is also a chartered accountant and a CFA charterholder.
