Investment Strategy

The Sesfikile BCI Property Fund is a portfolio which aims to deliver both a high income yield as well as capital growth over the medium to long term. The portfolio will invest in assets in liquid form and in listed property shares, including companies that derive a material portion of their income from property investment, collective investment schemes in property, and property loan stock. The investment manager will also be allowed to invest in financial instruments (derivatives) as allowed by the Act from time to time in order to achieve its investment objective.

Kundayi also played a key role in the development of Investec’s global listed property offering and co-managed bespoke private client Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) portfolios in London.
