The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund generally invests in a portfolio consisting of equity securities of companies across all market capitalizations. It invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies located throughout the world. U.S. equity securities include common stocks and depositary receipts. The fund will invest a significant amount of its assets in foreign securities. It will normally invest in companies located in at least three countries outside of the U.S. The fund typically holds between 20 and 35 securities.
