Investment Strategy

The investment strategy of the Fund is to provide investors with access to companies listed on the ASX that Lazard Pacific believes offer sustainably high dividends and capital appreciation potential. The number of stocks will typically depend on our assessment of the premium or discount of stock dividend yields compared to cash yields, and whether the stock market is under- or over-priced. Where Lazard Pacific believes the quality of income opportunities from stocks is limited, the Fund may invest up to 100% of its assets in Cash investments.

Biography	Rob Osborn is a portfolio manager/analyst on the Australian Equity Team with Lazard Asset Management Pacific Co. He began working in the investment field in 1985. Prior to joining Lazard in 1999, Rob was the Head of Company Research with Tyndall Australia Limited. Together with Philipp Hofflin, Rob developed the stock selection process and "value rank" which is utilized in the current Lazard Australian Equity investment process. Rob heads the Australian Equity Team and analyses companies in the consumer and short cycle industries.

Biography	Philipp Hofflin is a portfolio manager/analyst on the Australian Equity Team with Lazard Asset Management Pacific Co. He began working in the investment field in 1995. Prior to joining Lazard in 1999, Philipp was the Head of Financial Markets Research with Royal & Sun Alliance in Australia, (previously Tyndall Investment Management) and a tutor/lecturer for the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Sydney. Philipp has a BSc (Hons) from The University of Melbourne, a Grad Dip in Economics, from the University of Sydney and a PhD from the University of Sydney. Philipp specializes in interest rate sensitive companies and is fluent in German.

Biography	Aaron Binsted is a portfolio manager/analyst on the Australian Equity Team with Lazard Asset Management Pacific Co. Aaron commenced working with Lazard as an analyst in December 2002 and became a portfolio manager for the Australian Equity strategies in 2012.
