Invest in JPMorgan Funds ASEAN Equity Fund (Master Fund) no less than 80% of net asset value. The master fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in companies of countries which are members of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN). At least 67% of the Sub-Fund's total assets (excluding cash and cash equivalents) will be invested in equity and equity linked securities of companies that are incorporated under the laws of, and have their registered office in, an ASEAN country or that derives the predominant part of their economic activity from ASEAN countries, even if listed elsewhere. Some ASEAN nations may even be considered an emerging market. The master fund may invest in listed companies of ASEAN countries which do business with other nations, particularly with China.
