The fund normally invests substantially in the equity securities of U.S.-based large and medium market capitalization companies, it may invest in companies in new and emerging industries where growth is expected to be above average and may invest up to 40% of assets in smaller companies. The fund may also invest up to 40% of assets in foreign securities and up to 10% of assets in non-U.S. dollar denominated securities.
