The investment seeks a return in excess of traditional money market products while maintaining an emphasis on preservation of capital and liquidity. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in a diversified portfolio of fixed income instruments of varying maturities, which may be represented by forwards or derivatives such as options, futures contracts or swap agreements. It may invest in investment grade U.S. dollar denominated securities of U.S. issuers. The fund may invest, without limitation, in derivative instruments such as options, futures contracts or swap agreements.
