Biography	Mr. Sinha, Senior Portfolio Manager, Global Equities responsible for managing global and international mandates at CIBC Asset Management. Prior to joining CIBC in 2019, he worked at Empire Life Investments as a Senior Portfolio Manager, where he managed global and international equity mandates. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Delhi in India, a Master of Science degree from the University of Warwick in England, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society of Toronto.

Biography	Jill Peppal - Vice President, Investments. Jill has over 24 years' investment management experience, and has held senior management positions at various financial institutions. She joined Empire in May 1996 and has overall responsibility for the investment division.
