Biography	Jason Gibbs joined Dynamic in 2000. He became an analyst in 2002 and portfolio manager in 2007. Biography	Derek has over 20 years of investment industry. He spent 16 years as a Portfolio Manager at HSBC Global Asset Management, the last 11 of these years as the Head of Canadian Fixed Income. He was directly responsible for over $6 billion in AUM.Before joining HSBC, Derek worked at TAL Global Asset Management for nine years, first as an Analyst and then as Portfolio Manager. Derek has been a CFA charterholder since September 1998. Prior to this he earned an MA in Economics from Dalhousie University and a BA (Honours) in Economics from Queen’s University.

Biography	Tom Dicker joined Dynamic in 2011 as a portfolio manager and member of the award-winning Equity Income team. His focus is to find best-in-class businesses among securities in the real estate sector. Tom has over 6 years of investment industry experience, initially as an analyst and then portfolio manager, with LDIC Inc. He received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Oscar Belaiche joined Dynamic in 1997. Vice President and Portfolio Manager and head of the Equity Income team with has expertise in real estate, infrastructure and energy securities on a global basis. He has 30 years of experience as a money manager, asset manager, developer and corporate banker. He earned an Honours B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Biography	Michael McHugh joined Dynamic in 1996. He has 27 years of industry experience and he is responsible for the management of over $8 billion in fixed-income assets. In 1989, he joined the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan and, in 1993, he managed fixed-income portfolios for the Ontario Hospital Association Investment Management Inc. Michael holds both an Honors Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in economics. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991.
