Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund, using a market capitalization weighted approach, purchases a broad and diverse group of the securities of U.S. micro cap companies. It may purchase or sell futures contracts and options on futures contracts for U.S. equity securities and indices, to increase or decrease equity market exposure based on actual or expected cash inflows to or outflows from the fund.

Mr. Gray joined DFA in 1995, was a Portfolio Manager from 1995 to 2005, and has been Head of Global Equity Trading since 2006, and since 2012 responsible for the international portfolios managed by Dimensional.

Biography	Sinquefield is an executive vice president and portfolio manager with Dimensional Fund Advisors and is a member of the company's investment policy committee. Previously, she worked at the Chicago Board of Trade, the Ford Foundation, the U.S. Congress, and the University of Chicago.
