Biography "Stephen leads the Australian and New Zealand Fixed Income Team, based in Sydney, in managing our portfolio of Australian Fixed Income clients. Biography Kris is responsible for the portfolio management of the Australian core funds. Kris moved across to the Portfolio Management team within Global Fixed Income and Credit in July 2015. Previously, Kris joined CFSGAM at the start of 2015 in a dealing capacity, where his duties included the execution of Australian and global bonds, derivatives such as futures and swaps, as well as FX related transactions and hedging. Prior to this was a strong financial markets focus developed in a banking environment over a period of 13 years. Most recently this included eight years in a rates and credit sales capacity with National Australia Bank in Sydney, managing the fixed income and derivative needs for a broad range of institutional investor types. This built on a more analytical background which included market economist and rates strategist roles with National Australia Bank in Melbourne and London respectively, as well as three years of macroeconomic forecasting experience with the Commonwealth Department of the Treasury in Canberra. Kris has also lectured in economics on a part time basis with FINSIA over four semesters in 2002 and 2003. Kris holds a Bachelor of Economics with first class honours from the University of Queensland. He has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA.

Biography François is a very experienced senior portfolio manager and is the longest serving member of the CFSGAM Global Fixed Income and Credit team. He has been involved with formulating investment strategies, managing portfolios and interacting with clients since 1989. François is responsible for the team’s sector allocation strategy process and is a key contributor to the rates and inflation-linked strategy processes. He is the lead Portfolio Manager for some wholesale flagship pooled funds and for some large institutional client portfolios that are managed to mandates reflecting distinct and unique client requirements. François has a Bachelor of Science (Economics) Hons from the London School of Economics and his Master of Business Administration at the Manchester Business School. François also trained and qualified as a chartered accountant and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
