Investment Strategy

APN will continually review and reweight the portfolio with the objective of optimising the distributable income. APN actively invests and constructs the portfolio independent of index weightings. By evaluating the potential risks and rewards of the underlying A-REITs, APN will determine the relative value and attractiveness of the stocks including those outside of the benchmark.
