It is co-managed by State Street Global Advisors France S.A. The fund invests in the public equity markets of developed countries in Europe. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the industrials sector. The fund invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Europe Industrials Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as SPDR ETFs - SPDR MSCI Europe Industrials UCITS ETF. SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe II Public Limited Company - SPDR MSCI Europe Industrials UCITS ETF was formed on March 15, 2001 and is domiciled in Ireland.
