SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays Sterling Corporate Bond UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets across the globe. The fund invests in the fixed-rate, Sterling denominated, corporate bonds with maturity of more than one year. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as at least BBB- by S&P and Fitch and at least Baa3 by Moody's. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Sterling Corporate Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I Public Limited Company - SPDR Barclays Sterling Corporate Bond UCITS ETF was formed on May 17, 2012 and is domiciled in Ireland.
