iShares II Public Limited Company - iShares EM Infrastructure UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. It is managed by BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the public equity markets of emerging countries across the globe. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating in the infrastructure sector which include transportation, energy, and utility sectors. The fund invests in the stocks of large-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P Emerging Markets Infrastructure Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as iShares II Public Limited Company - iShares Emerging Market Infrastructure UCITS ETF. iShares II Public Limited Company - iShares EM Infrastructure UCITS ETF was formed on February 15, 2008 and is domiciled in Ireland.
